Online Enrollment
To enroll online, fill out the information requested below. Also be sure to print out the corresponding form* shown below.  This form should be completed and brought with you on the first day of class; along with your payment and your BIRTH CERTIFICATE for SEGMENT 1 or your LEVEL 1 LICENSE for SEGMENT 2. We accept cash, check, money order and credit card.
